ICANN is considering letting everyone choose just about any TLD or domain extension they want. If you can't find the domain name you want, you could register the main name you want, only with an extension that you can choose. If freemoney.com is registered, you could register something like freemoney.now.
What is amazing to me is that just today, before I heard this story, I bought the domain "ThatsNo.com".
